SHIPPING FAQ'S

SAME DAY SHIPPING
Most domestic orders placed before 4pm (CDT) Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day.
This applies to products with "Orders placed before 4pm usually ship same day." in the "Availability" section of the product detail page.

Not applicable for:

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
  • Orders for Mascots, large props, or Special Order items
  • Any products with "Usually ships within 24 hours." listed in the "Availability" section of the product detail page.

Please Note: For delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii via Standard Shipping, please allow for an additional 1-2 days from what is listed in the chart. (Express and Premium Shipping options are as stated in the chart for AK and HI.)

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
Most orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 3 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. Ship times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for Express Shipping will take 3-5 days (including processing time) to get to you. If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer care to see if it’s possible for us to deliver your order in time. (10am-6pm Mon-Fri CDT)

You can also track your order on our website. Please click the button near the top of our website labeled Order Status. From here you may check the status of an order, obtain tracking information, and view your shipping information. Instructions are provided to help you log in, including password hints, obtaining a new password, etc. If you did not use the member checkout option you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and the billing zip code from your order. Then you will be able to see if your order has been sent to a warehouse for processing (picking) or, if your order has been shipped, shipment tracking number(s), and scheduled delivery dates. Your e-mail address is only used to identify your account, to notify you about current promotions and specials, and to send out updates on your pending orders

How Do I Receive My Order?
The carrier we choose to ship your order is based on the shipping option you select and your physical address. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Where Will AtoZHalloween.com Ship My Order?
We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently ship to the 50 United States only,  We DO NOT ship to Canada or to any INTERNATIONAL locations

How Do I Know Which Shipping Option To Select?
We currently offer 3 different shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Express (2-3 business days)
  • Premium (1-2 business days)

How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Domestic Shipping and handling rates are determined by:

  • The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered.
    (Most items are considered to be one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound. Shipping and Handling charges for orders over 20 lbs. are calculated at a reduced rate.)
  • The shipping option selected.

Where's The Rest of My Order?
On occasion AtoZHalloween.com must ship your order from different warehouses. If this is the case you should have received an email indicating the split shipment. Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations. For more information please click the link labeled Order Status.

Within the USA, we have four different shipping options.

Premium: Guaranteed** 1-2 business days* from time of shipment.

Express: Guaranteed** 2-3 business days* or less from time of shipment.

Standard: 3-6 business days* or less from time of shipment.

*In all domestic shipping options Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
**Guarantee for Express & Premium options is a full shipping refund unless delay is due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather, and natural or man made disasters.
